Description: 1939 Vintage Deco Ad- Deco Dolls Make Lunch Time Refreshment Time Fountain Setting. Beautiful and Charming Original Vintage Art Deco Color Ad taken from the pages of Saturday Evening Post Magazine. A duo of smartly dressed maidens enjoy the sensational libation of a mid-day soda fountain lunch which naturally includes a Coca-Cola. By the end of the thirties, Coca-Coal ads already established a definite aesthetic bold color graphic, red and grren, lovely modern settings such as a soda fountain and ordinary yet modern and chic men and women enjoying the product. This image is wonderful looking in person- the two ladies are pretty and pert looking as they pose over their sandwiches and Coca-Cola in the interim of the afternoon caught in a short lull between career or shopping. Ad measures 11 x 15- overall condition is good- bright and sharp some minor corner wear at the top. A perfect image to delight and charm any eye- will be just well in game-room, bar area or cozy breakfast-nook! All items at A Fine Madness Collectibles are guaranteed original Vintage, Antique Ads, Prints, Artwork, Postcards, Hollywood and Paper Ephemera- never reproductions or copies. You are buying from a seller and collector of over twenty years standing. Question? Feel free to contact me with any prior to purchasing. I welcome want lists- in my various travels you never know what I will run across! Now for the fine print! Shipping to be determined following the end of auction- insurance is included in the price of the first item- and afterwards mandatory for both buyer and seller protection. All items are shipped in padded envelopes , encased in mylar/plastic sleeves with cardboard backing for added protection. I prefer Paypal on-line payments and will also accept money orders and cashier's checks. I do ship internationally- through paypal on-line payments and money orders, cashier's checks drawn on American banks. Shipping costs vary contingent upon buyer location.
