Description: This is a Tap Icer made by the Tap-Icer Co. in summit, New Jersey. It was supposedly used to break up ice in your hand. It comes in the original box which does show wear as seen in the pictures. The box has been written on. The metal also shows some wear from age but no rust that I can see. This Tap Icer is a great piece of advertising to add to a collection or you might want to use it to break up a cube of ice or two the old fashioned way.
