This very fine antique elephant ivory sculpture was purchased in Japan in the 1960's as an antique. This piece is one of several we have to sell. It is part of a living estate of a fine Gentleman near Atlanta. The carving on this fine art is so intricately detailed. I cannot imagine the time it took. It does have ordinary wear and a crack in the sheath itself.We see similar pieces retail for $1,000 - $5,000. Enjoy this rare item in your collection at an affordable price.
