Description:
This gorgeous antique oak library table was hand-crafted in Holland around 1920. The oak, having developed a lovely patina, displays a deep, rich complexion and a distinct grain that will only continue to grow more beautiful over time. The fluted corners, paneled apron, paneled bun feet and barley twist legs create an incredible array of simple yet elegant details that make this table quite a sight to behold. Although this is a library table, it would make a great dining table or writing table as well, so this would be a great table to have in the home or office. The top has sustained a few scratches and the stretcher that once joined the legs has been lost, but otherwise this oak table remains in excellent cosmetic condition and retains an impressive sturdiness. Without a doubt, this fantastic antique Dutch oak library table would make a great addition to any fine antique furniture collection!
