Description:
This antique walking cane has an ebonised wood shaft with a sterling silver handle. The handle is realisticaly modelled in the form of a boxer dog head. The walking cane has a brass ferrule. Condition This walking cane is very good quality and in excellent condition. The sterling silver handle is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and also in excellent condition. The hallmarks are rubbed, and apart from the maker's mark which is unclear, the other marks are legible under a magnifying glass. Dimensions - Length 92cm/36.25", Height of silver handle 5.7cm/2.25", Length from back of head to tip of nose 4.5cm/1.75", Width of head 3cm/1.2".
