Description: This is a very attractive Provencal chest of drawers made from oak at the beginning of the 20th century and originally from Saint Paul de Vence (South of France). The façade features a total of 3 drawers accented with delicate molding and foliate patterns and mounted with their original acanthus shaped handle. The nicely scrolled apron is centering a shell flanked by foliate supported by graceful cabriole legs adorned with acanthus leaves standing on escargot feet. Circa date 1900. Dimensions 37”high/ 53”wide/ 21”deep.
