OFFERED HERE IS: One of the nicest Omega Piepan watches I have seen. This is the closest thing to as new that you will find. All original, this watch sat in a safe since 1961. Over the decades I would say it was worn a handful of times . There are no deep marks or scratches that would detract at all. I acquired this watch from an auction here in Los Angeles via the original owner's family.
Ref. # 167.005 . Circa 1961. International Collection. Automatic Chronometer certified. Caliber 551. 24 Jewels. OXG. Central sweep second. Gold capped on stainless steel. Screw in case 34.2mm ( lug to lug 42.5 mm ). "Pie Pan" dial with hand riveted gold hour markers and Dauphine gold hands. Original Hesalite Crystal. Water resistant to 30 meters. Original 10k fully signed bracelet ( full original length ).
The dial of this watch is in pristine condition. The movement is also Pristine with the copper colors in perfect condition. There is no oxidation whatsoever. Movement is sparkling clean and accurate. The case has faceted, dropped lugs. Serial number of this watch is 19389955. Case back fully marked as photographed. Full gold "Observatory" with all stars vivid on case back. There is no brassing anywhere on this watch or bracelet. The GF finish is bright and beautiful.
Again, all original. Magnificent condition. Rare, rare in this condition with matching jubilee bracelet that is full length and will easily fit a large size wrist with room to spare. Again, Dial is all original, pristine condition.
