Description:
These inkwells have circular swept plain shaped stands with central inserts to take the glass and silvermounted inkpots.
The push fit detachable inkpots have an ovoid shape with six ovoid shaped panels in a leaf design.
The matching hallmarked hinged mounts have hallmarked domed covers with urn shaped finials.
The inkwells are a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition.
The glass inkpots are in perfect condition.
Corresponding hallmarks are struck to the underside of each stand, to the collar of each mount and interior of each cover.
All the hallmarks are clear.
