Description:
“Pink Rose Bouquet” is a charming print from an original painting by A. Berke. Two pink roses are suspended in the middle of the composition, one in full bloom and the other just beginning to blossom. The detail has been articulated in an almost stylized way as everything is very crisply defined and controlled. Delicate striations appear on each petal and each leaf to add dimension and realism. The deep greens in the centers of the leaves radiate outward as they fade into soft mauves along the edges. The print is double matted in a deep pink bottom mat to draw out the deep pinks from the depths of the blooms, and a cream top mat. The piece is mounted in a dusty pink, textured wood frame which echoes the pinks within the flowers as well as the bottom mat to create a cohesive and harmonious presentation. It is an absolutely charming print that would be a lovely decorative addition to any room in the home, and priced at such a bargain it could easily become the next piece in your collection.
