Description: A large pair of Retro 14K yellow gold cufflinks in the form of bowties, each centered with a square-cut pyrope garnet. The bowtie design was a popular motif during the post-War era and is particularly nice when applied to cufflinks. The garnet has very nice bright red coloring and superb clarity. The overall look is very bold. The toggle backs are marked “14K”. Origin: America, ca. 1947. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 1” x 11/16”. Weight: 19.5 grams. Approximate Total Gemstone Weight: 5.84 carats.
