Description: These Lazy Susan sets were used for chips and dips in the fifties and sixties. This is a very nice example. The center bowl is a golden yellow/mustard color, and the side dishes are white. The center bowl has a flower design in the center, which looks like loops. The side dishes also have a linear looped design,and the sides of the dishes all have petal shapes around the top. All are marked, " Calif USA L56". There is somes roughness on the bowls, but after close inspection,it appears to be mostly due to manufacturing defects in the glaze. The center bowl has crazing, and one of the white dishes has two chips on the bottom, on the dry foot (raised part). The Lazy Susan shows little wear.
