Description: A Victorian style red velvet tea hat in outlined in black trimming. The front is embellished with a large rose accented with black tulle, feathers and green leaves. Black tulle is shaped like a bow and trails down the back of the hat. The sides of the hat appear to curve up and are pinned in place with a round beaded design. This hat is a wonderful example of times gone by when a lady wouldn't be seen out and about without an elaborate large hat. This hat is all hand made by a very skilled milliner! It is simply stunning!
