Description: Here is a wonderful 50's American Elgin vintage powder compact. Nice unusual shape that almost looks like a heart. There is an engraved ribbon design down one side and it still retains the original puff. Marked in the bottom of the powder well is Elgin American and Made in the USA. There is some wear to the finish but this is still a really beautiful piece.
