Featured with this example is the original Waltham 1883 Model fancy dial. The 18k gold leaf surrounds the figures and presents a cluster in the center dial. Clean, running and especially impressive in any collection of fine American pocket watches.

DIAL: Single sunken with fancy Arabic figures signe d: "WALTHAM" with a hairline from 12 to post which does not distract.
MOVEMENT: Full Plate nickel, pendent set, "ADJUSTED", "17 Jewels", 14k star regulator typical with this beautiful model, #12,506,645. Excellent bright color, and free of distraction.
CASE: Swing out nickel/silver plain polish free of distraction and an extra thick original hard rock beveled crystal. Nice.
