Description: This is a hardcover cookbook called a World of Good Cooking. It was written by Ethel Hulbert Renwick in 1962 and has 286 pages. It was written to show the American homemaker how to fit five continents into an American kitchen and to bring fun to those who had not included foreign cooking in their daily living. It takes one recipe and shows the variations on how it would be cooked in different countries. Some of the recipes are Tarragon Hollandaise Sauce, Fruit Flambe, and Custard Apples.It is in good condition for it's age. I've thumbed through it and don't see any torn pages, serious stains or scribbles. You might find a spot or two or a note in the margin. This World of Good Cooking cookbook would be a great gift for a new cook or an older wise one.
