Sterling Estate Sales is owned and operated in North Ft. Worth, Texas, an area that is increasing growth rapidly because of the many major businesses that have relocated here. Our family has been in the antique and estate sale business for over 70 years and I was in the antique business for several years before expanding my business to include estate sales. After joining the Northeast Chamber of Commerce, I closed my antique shop and moved the inventory to my home once the estate business was established. Sterling has had several customers that only needed to sell a portion of their estate due to relocation or downsizing and we immediately expanded the business to include liquidation to meet this demand. Sterling realizes that our customer's needs are unique and we remain flexible in our services and terms in order to meet those needs. We have a standard commission fee and that too is flexible based on the time involved to set up and size and location of the estate. Unlike many liquidators, our customers receive top dollar for their items and are provided with an itemized list of all items being purchased, their estimated value, and Sterling's offer. PAYMENT

dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment:
Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal
PayPal is the preferred method of payment and will receive immediate attention. Check or money order, MasterCard and Visa also accepted. A $25.00 charge applies on returned checks. International orders must use PayPal, money order or bank draft in U.S. funds.

SHIPPING
POLICY
USPS Priority Mail for items under two pounds, DHL Ground for items over three pounds. International orders ship USPS Airmail Letter Post unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. I will advise you via e-mail of the shipment tracking number.

RETURNS
POLICY
If item is other than described, buyer may request a refund by e-mail within three business days after receipt of item. Item must be returned within five days after receipt in it's original condition and packing at buyers expense. Refunds are for purchase price only and do not include original shipping costs. If an item is lost or damaged during transit, buyer must contact the seller so a claim can be issued.
