Items paid for with personal checks will be held for 7 days before shipping. All payments must be in US dollars.

I ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If I need special packing materials; you will be notified and given an estimated shipping time.

RETURNS
POLICY
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
