We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Please check your address and verification so that the card can process through smoothly. We also accept check or money order. If paying via check we will ship once the check clears our bank. We now ACCEPT PAYPAL. Payment must be made within 5 days of either sale or LIVE AUCTION. If a live auction is not paid within the time frame that is alloted by Ebay a NON PAYING BIDDER strike will be applied to your account.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Item will be shipped insured withinn 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Checks must clear bank before item ships. On multiple items, shipping is combined.

RETURNS
POLICY
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
