SHIPPING
POLICY
Your Item will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Most orders if shipped in the USA will be 3.95 or 4.50 depending on the weight. Paper items, jewelry ect. are usually 77 cents or 1.77 shipping. Postage is added to the order and then you get to review it and cancel order if you choose. There is no charge for handling or insurance. Most shipments are within 24 hours, email if you have special needs for shipments. We do giftwrap upon request at no charge.

RETURNS
POLICY
We offer 100% satisfaction unconditionally. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper or us to resolve the matter.
