PAYMENT
POLICY
This
dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment:
Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal
A bank wire transfer is our preferred method of payment for large purchases.
If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for five (5) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current maximum applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Small items which can be shipped through the USPS, UPS or FedEx will usually be shipped within three (3) business days of cleared payment. Furniture and other large items will usually be shipped by Plycon Van Lines and picked up from our warehouse within one (1) week.
Pickup from our warehouse in Kingston, New York is welcome and encouraged. Pickup in Harwich, Massachusetts on Cape Cod or at one of the many antiques shows we participate in may be possible in some cases. Please inquire. Applicable sales tax for the pickup location must be collected.

RETURNS
POLICY
Returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as a store credit.
